Softcopy reports are sent to your registered email within 24–48 hours of sample collection. If you opted for hard copy (extra cost), reports are delivered in 3–5 days. You will be notified by SMS once reports are dispatched.

Soft copy reports reach your email within 24–48 hours including transit and processing time. Hard copy reports (if opted) are delivered in 3–5 days with SMS tracking notification.
