Services
Health Checkup Center provides Thyrocare blood test and health checkup package booking services with free home sample collection. All tests are processed at Thyrocare NABL certified laboratories. Reports are delivered digitally within the stated turnaround time.
Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or advance. Full payment is collected at the time of sample collection unless otherwise agreed. Prices are inclusive of home collection charges. GST as applicable will be charged.
Limitation of Liability
Health Checkup Center is an authorised collection partner of Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. We are responsible for sample collection logistics; lab processing is handled by Thyrocare. We are not liable for report delays caused by laboratory processing issues or force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
