Health Checkup Center helps you review health packages and blood tests from Redcliffe Labs and Redcliffe Labs with transparent prices, preparation guidance, estimated report times and provider-specific home-collection availability before booking.

Each package clearly shows its diagnostic provider. We list established laboratories such as Redcliffe Labs and Redcliffe Labs and display the provider before booking, so you can review the package, serviceability and collection details before confirming.

The selected provider follows its own laboratory quality process, including trained collection staff, sample identification and controlled transport. Reports are processed by the provider shown on the package and delivered digitally after laboratory verification.

Health Checkup Center does not collect or hold booking payments. Payment, cancellation and any eligible refund are handled directly by the diagnostic lab according to its applicable policy. A booking may generally be cancelled before sample collection, but deductions may apply after collection arrangements have been made. Once a sample has been collected or processed, a refund may not be available. For greater payment safety, you may choose to pay the lab or its authorised collection representative when the phlebotomist reaches your home, where that payment option is available.

Reports are delivered digitally using the contact details registered with the diagnostic provider. The delivery method may include email, WhatsApp, SMS notification or the provider's report-access system, depending on the selected lab and product.

The estimated report time is displayed on each package or blood-test page. Turnaround is counted after successful sample collection and may vary depending on the selected test, laboratory processing and whether repeat verification is required.

The provider is shown on each product before booking. We currently support products fulfilled by Redcliffe Labs and Redcliffe Labs, and serviceability is validated separately for the selected provider.
